Mental performance coaching services are grounded in sport psychology principles and focus on skill development related to performance, confidence, focus, and wellbeing in sport. These services are not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment and do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Mental performance coaching is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Referrals to licensed professionals may be recommended when appropriate.
