As a former collegiate athlete, I understand the pressures, expectations, and identity challenges that come with competitive sport. As a coach who has worked with children ages 9–14, I have seen firsthand how early sport environments shape confidence, motivation, and long-term athlete development.

My work is grounded in sport psychology principles and focuses on helping athletes develop practical mental skills while supporting overall wellbeing. This is mental performance coaching, not therapy, and is designed to complement athletic training, coaching, and physical development.
