Who we are
With a background in sport psychology and research, along with experience as a former collegiate athlete and youth coach, my work sits at the intersection of evidence-based practice and real-world sport environments. Having competed at a high level and coached children ages 9–14, I understand both the performance demands athletes face and the lasting impact early sport experiences can have on confidence, motivation, and development.
My approach to mental performance coaching is athlete-centered and grounded in sport psychology principles. I focus on helping athletes, teams, coaches, and parents develop practical mental skills while fostering healthy, supportive sport environments. The goal is sustainable performance, supporting individuals not only as athletes, but as people within the sport system.
