Free Introductory Call.
Starting mental performance coaching is an important step, and this free 15-minute introductory call is designed to make sure it feels like the right fit for everyone involved.
During this call, we’ll briefly discuss what the athlete is currently experiencing in sport, whether that’s performance pressure, confidence struggles, nerves, frustration, or feeling stuck. I’ll also explain how mental performance coaching works, what sessions typically look like, and how we set goals together.
This call includes both the athlete and/or a parent or guardian so everyone understands the process and has a chance to ask questions.
If we decide to move forward, ongoing sessions are athlete-focused. This allows athletes to build trust, speak openly, and develop the mental skills they need in a supportive and confidential space. Parents remain involved through scheduling, overall progress updates, and guidance on how to best support their athlete outside of sessions.
There is no pressure or commitment this is simply an opportunity to learn more and see if coaching is the right next step.
